Shipping FAQs
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm in Nairobi for an additional fee of KES 300.
What happens if I'm not available during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt delivery twice. After that, the package will be held at our nearest pickup station for 5 days.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting customer service.
