Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can enter this number on our Order Tracking page to see your package's current location and estimated delivery date.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a return.

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.

Delivery times vary by location:
- Nairobi: 1-2 business days
- Other major cities: 2-3 business days
- Rural areas: 3-5 business days

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service. After that, changes may not be possible as we process orders quickly.
