Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

📌1. Program Participation

By participating in the E-Shop Kenya Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation in the program for any reason.

🔍2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

• Accurately represent E-Shop Kenya and its products
• Not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising
• Not use spam or unsolicited emails to promote products
• Not bid on E-Shop Kenya branded keywords in paid search campaigns
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

💰3. Commission Structure

• Commissions are paid on qualifying purchases only
• Commission rates vary by product category as outlined on our affiliate page
• Commissions are tracked via cookies with a 30-day duration
• Returns or canceled orders will result in commission reversal

💳4. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly, around the 5th of each month
• Minimum payout threshold is KES 1,000
• Payment methods include M-Pesa or bank transfer
• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes

Affiliates may use E-Shop Kenya's marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard. Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material is prohibited.

⏱️6. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the affiliate will immediately cease.

🔄7. Modifications

E-Shop Kenya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
